Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 90 days before the agreed arrival date. In the event of cancellation up to 60 days before the agreed arrival date, we will charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the agreed arrangement price. In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date, we will charge 50% of the agreed arrangement price. In the event of cancellation up to 15 days before the agreed arrival date, we will charge 75% of the agreed arrangement price. In the case of cancellation from the 14th day before the agreed arrival date, we charge 90% of the agreed arrangement price. In the event of no-show without cancellation, late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the agreed package price. Cancellations are only accepted with mutual confirmation. We generally recommend travel cancellation insurance.
